1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items
Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

Return Period:

You have 7days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. How to Return an Item

Return Process:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
We will provide you with a return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
Ship the item to the provided return address. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

3. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us.

5. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
