- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
Return Period:
- You have 7days from the date of delivery to return an item.
2. How to Return an Item
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
3. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Lost or Damaged Returns:
